Implemented in excess of thirty conservation measures across ten locations in the U.S. and the U.K. for a total savings of nearly one million dollars annually.  The combined simple payback is projected at less than two years.  The energy and water conservation measures and engineering services performed to date encompass the following areas:

Pfizer
Implemented seven generator heating systems that were verified with a payback of approximately one and a half years by the local utility company, and are currently adding optimization control units on three campus boilers that have a similar projected savings.

Solar Turbines
Performed a lighting retrofit project that involved the replacement of more than five thousand fixtures.  The project was implemented through the local utilities on-bill finance program.  Simple payback was less than one year.

Kaiser Permanente
Implemented two generator heating systems with a combined simple payback of less than three years.

Irvine Company
Performed lighting retrofits across five buildings, retrocommissioned a 750,000sq fit high-rise and implemented generator heating systems at six locations in downtown San Diego.  Total combined payback of these projects is less than two years.

Burnham Institute
Installed a Boiler flue gas regulator and performed the measurement and verification services in conjunction with Sempra Energy through their Emerging Technologies Program, installed a generator heating system that provided a simple payback of slightly more than one year.

GNF Novartis
Provided energy engineering and recommendations on the sites compressed air system which resulted in a simple payback of less than one year.  Currently implementing generator heating systems with a projected payback of slightly over two years.

City of San Diego
Currently installing heating systems on thirty of the City’s emergency generators for a combined simple payback of approximately two years

County of San Diego
Installed heating systems on a majority of the County’s emergency generators with a combined payback of less than three years.

Sunny Delight
Installed a web-based optimization and monitoring system on the sites refrigeration cold boxes.  The total simple payback has been confirmed through the local utility incentive program at less than two years.

Qualcomm
Implemented two heating systems on emergency generators with a combined simple payback of approximately two years.
